Continuous line
Thermal process systems for continuous production are manufactured and adapted to the required output and production process. There is a special answer to each situation, e.g. for the production of sausages where the plant can be subdivided into several zones of treatment, such as drying, smoking, cooking, cold showering and cooling.
There can be installations to handle ready meal production. From loading station – heating – cooling – to unloading and transporting to the packing area.
There can be continuously defrosting to drying and smoking of small fish type sprats.

CONTINUOUS LINES
Foodco’s Continuous Lines
Cooking – Cooling Water
An automatic cooking-cooling line that can be built for all products that are to be cooked. For instance, ham, different patés in closed packages or other sausages- and other products. Automatic loading takes place from the belt conveyor.
Frying – Cooling Air
Foodco’s automatic frying-cooling line can be built for all kinds of products that are to be fried, for instance meat balls, chicken products or other food stuff products. Automatic loading takes place from the belt conveyor. The product is ranged up and transported to the machine. In view of the capacity that is searched, the products are then transported and ranged.
Cooling & Chill Storager
Products can be continuously cooled down after the heat process, normally, with a first step cooling operation built according to factory installations or in standard variants. After the first step, the product is transported to the second cooling phase -end cooling. The transportation between the different systems is operated with adjusted transportation systems and transporters.
Smoking – Cooling Meat Products
Foodco is offering three different smoking to colling systems for meat production. The principal for the first is a smoke stick loading and unloading system, either operated automatically or manually. The heating and cooling treatment process take place in different production zones, as a chain conveyor transports the smoke sticks in one of the systems in a horizontal course.
Paté line
To increase and make the degree of mechanization more effective in the paté production, Foodco has designed and delivered a new line that handles paté in various sizes, from 100 gr to 500 gr. The paté line consists of a continuously driven conveyor with carriers that pass the two zones of which the machine is composed.
Ready-Meal Line & Open Paté
To increase the production load and make the degree of mechanization more effective, Foodco has designed a line that handles portion packages in various sizes from 200 gr to 2000 gr. The ready-meal line’s working temperature is 180 to 250 oC with a capacity of 1500 to 2000 packages à 400 gr per 60 minutes.
Pasteurizing Heating – Cooling Water
The pasteurizing line is built to run different products that require after-treatment after finished packaging. The products can be different vacuum-sealed food products, such as sausage, ham, and other similar products. A pump system with a heat-exchanger sees to that the product always is covered and treated by water.
Semi-Continous Smoking – Cooling
This production line is built to be Semi-continuous with automatic transport of trolleys, either by over-hang rail system or floor transport for smoke trolleys. The production system is always adjusted to available factory trolleys and can easily be adjusted to other models or the appearance of trolleys to be used.
