SWING LOADER

Swing Loader DFUN-09

The DFUN 09, swing loader, for trolleys is applicable for heavy tasks in the food industry. The swing loader is equipped with a transportation belt to unload products from the swing loader to connecting equipment.

Function

The DFUN-09 is built to unload defrosted product blocks. When placed, the trolley will tilt when signalled by the operator. The tilt function is manually installed and easily changed to ensure the best operation at all times. The tilted trolley moves the product onto an integrated transport belt system to move the product from one station to another. After unloading the trolley the DFUN-09 will tilt back into the start position and a new trolley placed in position.

LOADER

Loader LOF-09

Foodco’s automatic block stacker, loader LOF-09, is intended to load defrost-trolleys or other heavy loads. Loading is done manually to the machine’s table, after products are arranged on the table the machine transfer the products to the trolley. The machine can be built and adapted to all kinds of trolley designs. The machinery is operated with a PLC control system with an automatic switchboard.

Function

The trolley is placed onto the LOF-09 loader and secured with pneumatic cylinders. A pusher-arm, integrated into the LOF-09 side of the loading table, can be operated from both sides during manual load onto the table.

Each level can be prepared with 6 blocks or more to fit the trolley’s size.

The blocks are pushed onto the trolley when the lifting table is in the correct position. When in the correct position the blocks will be gently pushed over onto the trolley with the pneumatic function. After loading onto one level the table moves back to be loaded again. This continues until the trolley is filled.

UNLOADER

Unload Trolley System UNF-09

The unloader trolley system, UNF-09, is built to automatically unload products from every level of defrost-trolleys.

Function

The trolley is secured with pneumatic cylinders, and the unloading starts when the operator clears the signal and the unloading rack moves to the first level of the trolley. The product blocks are then gently pushed over from the trolley to the rack with pneumatic operation. After completed unloading, the products are transported, via an integrated belt transportation function onto a collecting belt. The collection belt can be operated from both sides to efficiently inspect the products, while the process continues until all trolley levels the trolleys are unloaded.
